Production Associate Training Program

Overview:

The Production Associate Training Program is designed to provide trainees with the essential skills, knowledge, and practical experience to excel in a fast-paced production environment. The program focuses on developing technical abilities, workplace safety awareness, operational efficiency, and professional employment standards to ensure consistent and high-quality output.

Program Objectives:
By the end of this training program, participants will:
1. Understand the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of a Production Associate.
2. Learn and follow workplace safety protocols, including equipment operation and emergency procedures.
3. Understand the use of production tools, machinery, and technology specific to the job.
4. Develop skills to monitor quality control and maintain production standards.
5. Enhance time management, teamwork, and communication skills to work efficiently in a production team.

1. Orientation & Onboarding
o Clean Energy & Manufacturing industry overview, mission, and values
o Introduction to workplace policies and procedures
o Facility tour and safety guidelines

2. Workplace Safety
o OSHA standards and safety compliance
o Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) training
o Lockout Tagout
o Ergonomics

3. Production Skills Development
o Hands-on training with production equipment
o Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for assembly, packaging, and quality checks
o Troubleshooting equipment and process issues
o Lean 5s

4. Quality Control & Assurance
o Learning quality inspection tools and techniques
o Maintaining compliance with production standards

5. Soft Skills Training
o Clean Energy & manufacturing industry professional standards

• Participants will be assessed through practical demonstrations, knowledge tests, and instructor evaluations.
A certificate of completion will be awarded upon successfully meeting all program objectives.
