W.C. Rouse and Son, Inc., is currently seeking candidates for Boiler Service Technician to provide expert service to our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Boiler and Boiler Room Equipment Commissioning Services
• Combustion Tuning with Combustion Analysis
• Boiler Room Annual Inspection & Preventative Maintenance Services
• Trouble Shooting of Boiler Room Equipment
• Emergency Services and Repair – we do rotate on-call duties roughly 1 in 5
• Documentation of Boiler Room Services via Timely and Professionally Completed Service Report
• Continuous Improvement and Education in Relevant Technologies
• Use of our Tech-Anywhere Dispatch Software

Qualification requirements:

• High School diploma or equal education credit
• Five + years of boiler service experience
• The following troubleshooting, installing and operating experience, is a plus;
  • Siemens, Honeywell, Fireye, Autoflame and similar controls
  • Advanced combustion controls, including use of VFD, O2 Trim, Low NOx combustion
• A problem-solving mentality and desire to successfully serve our customers
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Military Experience a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Desire to succeed and be a part of our team, especially long term

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, or squat for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds.
• Ability to drive and maintain a company vehicle.
