The Porter requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all vehicles are clean, presentable, and in excellent condition for display and customer viewings. This includes washing, vacuuming, and detailing as necessary.
• Safely transport vehicles to and from the service area, sales lot, and other locations as required.
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, assisting them with inquiries and directing them to the appropriate staff members.
• Organize and maintain the vehicle inventory on the sales lot, ensuring vehicles are parked appropriately and easy to access.
• Effectively communicate with team members regarding vehicle status, maintenance needs, and customer requests.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your coworkers.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Ideal Skills & Experience

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
