General Maintenance - Dryers at Producers Rice Mill – Stuttgart, Arkansas

Description/Job Summary SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00a.m. - 4:00p.m., overtime as needed including weekends and 12-hour shifts days or nights during harvest. Start Rate: $16.00 per hour Job Summary: Conducts preventative maintenance and required maintenance on equipment and structures in the Dryer/Storage area. Conducts maintenance activities including but not limited to, greasing, parts/equipment replacement, trouble shooting, installation, structure repair, inspection of equipment, product protection during maintenance, and reconciliation of parts and tools. Also, Responsible for ensuring that equipment and areas are clean following maintenance activities. Basic Qualifications Must possess mechanical aptitude. Must be willing to bend, stoop, twist, and turn throughout the day. Must be willing to climb up to 100ft. Must be willing to lift up to 100 lbs. Must be able to read, speak, and understand the English language fluently. Must be willing to work the night shift during harvest. Must be willing to be trained to transfer grain. Must be willing to be trained to operate heavy machinery. Must be willing to be trained to operate forklift. Prior experience is preferred but not required. Other duties as requested by supervisor.
