Position overview:

As a Barista at our flagship store you will be the heart and soul of the retail experience and will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional

customer service, creating outstanding beverages, and contributing to the overall success of the business. You will help bring the brand’s

vision to life by creating a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring every customer enjoys a memorable visit. This is an exciting

Responsibilities:

● Personalized Service: Craft unique, personalized experiences for every customer, ensuring that each visit is special and

memorable.

● Commitment to Quality: Deliver exceptional coffee and customer service, adhering to our rigorous standards of excellence,

consistently surpassing customer expectations with every cup and interaction.

● Expert Beverage Crafting: Prepare a diverse range of coffee and espresso drinks with precision and consistency, ensuring every

cup is flawless.

● Coffee Expertise: Educate and engage customers about our coffee offerings, including the origins, flavor profiles, and brewing

techniques that set us apart.

● Efficient Inventory Management: Maintain and organize inventory with care, ensuring all ingredients and supplies are fresh and

readily available.

● Proactive Equipment Care: Skillfully operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring it is always clean and in optimal working

condition.

● Impeccable Visual Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop environment that reflects the high

standards of our brand.

● Collaborative Teamwork: Work seamlessly with your teammates to ensure smooth daily operations and foster a positive, supportive

atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• A genuine love for specialty coffee and hospitality
• Previous experience as a barista in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Ability to follow precise recipes and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Willingness to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team dynamic
• Required qualifications for handling food and beverages (or willingness to obtain)
• Able to lift 25+ lbs. and stand for long periods of time
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Education: High School diploma or higher level of education is required
• Has a reliable source of transportation to and from place of work
• Authorized to work in the US

Availability requirements:

● 32-40 hours per week, 4-5 days per week

● Availability to work peak days (Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday)

● Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
