Porter/Groundskeeper of Apartment Community in St. Petersburg, Florida at Carteret Management Corporation

Carteret Management Corporation is seeking a PART TIME PORTER/GROUNDSKEEPER responsible for the cleaning and grounds keeping of an apartment community located in Saint Petersburg. This position offers permanent part time employment.

Schedule

Flexible schedule of 24 hours per week during normal business hours, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.
• Perform such functions as clearing debris from grounds, cleaning office and common areas.
• Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
• Perform other general janitorial duties as assigned.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Prior custodial experience a plus.
• Ability to perform general custodial duties.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with various groups (on-site staff, vendors, residents).
