Role Description:
The Partner Relations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our vocational healthcare training programs. This position is responsible for securing strategic partnerships and expanding campus footprints, ultimately driving revenue by securing employer commitments for hosting training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the campus footprint and reach of our vocational healthcare training programs.
- Evaluate, engage and secure partners to act as hosting facilities for training programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employers, industry partners, community organizations, and educational institutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver training programs that align with industry standards and employer expectations.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges within the healthcare education sector.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and agreements to prospective partners and clients.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our programs and establish new business connections.
- Track and report on business development activities, including lead generation, sales pipeline management, and partnership outcomes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes and strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field; a masters degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably within the education, healthcare, or workforce development sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully securing and managing partnerships that drive revenue and business growth.
- Strong understanding of the vocational training and healthcare education markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Experience developing and executing strategic business development plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- High level of professionalism, with a strong commitment to ethical standards and organizational values.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners, attend events, and explore new opportunities.
