Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.50 per hour

New Higher DSP Pay Rates!

• Earn $19.00 - $21.50 per hour
• Obtain medication certification and driver eligibility within 90 days to maintain$19.00 rate
• Pay increases based on:
  • Experience: Earn an additional$0.25 - $1.00
  • Education: Gain an extra $0.50 - $1.50

What You’ll Do:

• Promote Independence:Assist individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and skill-building.
• Ensure Safety & Well-being: Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
• Engage in the Community: Support social inclusion through meaningful activities tailored to individual goals.
• Administer Medication: Dispense medications after completing training and certification.

What We Look For:

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Valid driver’s license meeting insurance eligibility
• Ability to pass NYS and OPWDD background checks
• Availability to attend In Flight orientation in Red Hook, NY
