Job Description
Requirements:
- 5+ years of residential air conditioning technician experience.
- Must be an experienced HVAC tech who can troubleshoot and install reversing valves, boards, and be familiar with high SEER units.
- Have an understanding of humidity control and static pressure.
- NATE & NCI (if not pathway provided)
- Must communicate well with fellow employees
- Must be friendly and informative with all customers.
- Must be able to work a full 8-hour day.
- Must have all tools
- Self-management and self-discipline a must
Benefits:
- We are willing to pay more than the last employment if verified.
- 5-day work week, two weekends a month
- New guys usually will have two weekends on schedule
