About This Position
CPLC Centro Esperanza is hiring an on-call Registered Nurse in Mesa, AZ. CPLC Centro Esperanza offers specialized services for Serious Mental Illness (SMI) populations focusing on case management and psychiatric services.
POSITIOM SUMMARY
Provides nursing services to all consumers primarily assigned to a specific clinic, may cover other clinics. Services include engagement, assessment, treatment planning, medication administration, education and supportive psychotherapy. Has an assigned caseload and is available as needed to any consumer assigned to their clinic, participates in utilization management and quality improvement activities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Be licensed by the Arizona Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse (RN) according to A.R.S. Title 32, Chapter 15
- Have at least one year experience in psychiatric nursing or behavior health
- Must meet minimum monthly productivity standards
