Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Safety Monitor to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining a safe working environment on our job sites, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, and overseeing the implementation of safety protocols during assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor all waterproofing activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on job sites.
• Identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Provide safety training and guidance to workers.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to promote a culture of safety.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of safety equipment.
• Stay updated on industry safety standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional safety certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in a safety monitoring role, preferably in the construction or waterproofing industry.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
