Plumber Job Opening at Gardner Management LTD – Los Angeles, California

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated plumber to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of professional plumbing experience and at least 3 years of experience working in residential property management. Candidates must be detail-oriented, efficient, able to multitask, and capable of working independently.

General Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures
• Perform sewer repairs and troubleshoot plumbing systems
• Repair gas and water supply lines, including locating and fixing leaks
• Address issues with drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, and other plumbing fixtures
• Use tools such as augers, snakes, and cameras effectively
• Perform remodels and install new plumbing systems
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of professional plumbing experience
• At least 3 years of experience in residential property management
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
• A valid CA driver's license is required
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and indoors in tight or confined spaces
• Must be able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours a day
• Occasionally, the role may require heavy lifting and carrying of up to 50-75 pounds
