🔹 Cost Control Magic – Identify cost-saving opportunities, track expenses, and keep our budget in check without compromising quality.
🔹 Inventory Commander – Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure we never run out of the essentials (because no one likes supply chain surprises).
🔹 Supplier Relations Expert – Build rock-solid relationships with vendors and hold them accountable for top-notch service.
🔹 Team Leadership – Mentor and inspire a team of procurement and inventory pros to deliver excellence every day.
🔹 Cross-Functional Collaborator – Work closely with operations, finance, and quality teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.

✅ 10+ years in procurement, supply chain management, or strategic sourcing (with at least 5 years of leadership experience).
✅ A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or certifications = bonus points!).
✅ A proven track record of negotiating killer deals and optimizing costs.
✅ Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills to keep operations lean and efficient.
✅ Strong leadership and communication chops—you’ll be leading a team and working across departments.
