About the Role:

As a Nurse Practitioner in our Health Care Services team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage pain effectively for patients with diverse health needs. You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and optimal health outcomes. This position requires a strong commitment to patient education and advocacy, empowering individuals to take charge of their health. Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Valid New Jersey licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Current New Jersey DEA and CDS
• Current BLS Certification
• Bilingual Spanish Speaking required
• Unrestricted Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Previous experience with Urology conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evaluations of patients in the office and hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
