Holt's Cigar Company is seeking a professional Customer Service Representative for our Call Center. Our company is known for providing the best customer service in the cigar business. Cigar lovers from around the world shop with us because of our product selection, prices, and the friendly service we provide. In addition to our retail shops and website, the Holt's Call Center is where we build relationships with our customer base. We're always on the lookout for smart and friendly individuals who are comfortable communicating on the phone and over email. If you've got strong communication skills and enjoy dealing with the public, we'd love to hear from you. Join a dynamic, family-owned company that's been in business for over 120 years.

Full Time

Shift Hours: 11:30AM to 8:00 PM. Some Saturdays Required.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist consumers on the phone and over email
  • Possess a polite attitude and superior listening skills
  • Comfortable focusing your attention on the customer
  • Process customer orders received via phone, fax, and email
  • Respond to customer requests, order changes, and cancellations
  • Manage phone and online communication professionally and efficiently
  • Ability to upsell
  • Resolve issues with products and customer complaints by determining the cause
  • Find the best and most effective solutions to issues with products or services
  • Follow up with customers to make sure a satisfactory resolution was achieved
  • Maintain superior customer service standards
  • Willing to follow Call Center protocols at all times
  • Eager to assist other team members
  • Must possess a team-first mentality
  • Available Saturdays and hours of Call Center operation
  • Other duties as assigned
