About the Role:

As a Group Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our group home facility. Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a group home or similar setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to group homes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Experience with budget management
