Sales Representative at Potamkin Payroll – Roseville, California

We are seeking motivated and experienced Sales Representatives to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. Duties:

- Conduct cold calls and follow up with potential customers to generate leads

- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget

- Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations to showcase vehicle features

- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers to close deals

- Collaborate with sales support staff to ensure smooth sales process from start to finish

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors' offerings

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process

Requirements:

- Proven experience in retail sales or automotive sales is preferred

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively

- Proficient in retail math calculations for pricing and financing options

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Familiarity with inventory control procedures is desirable

- Valid driver's license
