What You’ll Do
As a Logistics and Inventory Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth production operations. Responsibilities include:
✅ Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts
✅ Ensuring purchased goods are received, labeled, stored properly, and recorded in the system
✅ Organizing storage locations for efficient warehouse space utilization
✅ Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, including air, ocean, and domestic trucking logistics
✅ Preparing shipping documentation, including customs clearance paperwork
✅ Tracking and coordinating sub-contract parts to ensure timely shipment and receipt
✅ Working with purchasing and production teams to maintain optimal inventory levels
✅ Investigating and resolving discrepancies in stock counts and inventory records
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
✔️ Experience: 2-3 years in logistics coordination or inventory management
✔️ Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems
✔️ Bonus: Experience in manufacturing, import/export logistics, and working with freight forwarders
✔️ Preferred: Associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
