🚀 The Role: Purchasing Clerk - Entry Level

As a Purchasing Clerk, you are the backbone of our supply chain. You’ll ensure our inventory is accurate, our orders are on track, and our departments have the supplies they need to provide world-class patient care.

🔍 What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with computers and high-accuracy data entry
• Detail-oriented mindset for verifying pricing and quantities

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage open order reports to ensure timely fulfillment and supply chain consistency
• Coordinate vendor returns and follow up to secure necessary credits or replacements
• Verify purchase orders by auditing pricing, quantities, and acknowledgments
• Facilitate specialized shipping for Orthotic and Prosthetic casts and molds
• Provide internal support by supplying pricing and status updates to all departments
• Maintain digital records for SKUs, HCPC codes, and accounting documentation
• Assist with physical inventory by tracking location data and monitoring progress
