Litter Removal Crew Member $16/hr (Monthly Bonus Potential / Flexible Scheduling)
Reports To: Field Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Nashua, New Hampshire
Schedule: Mon – Fri Variable Hours, Part-Time, Non-Exempt
Pay Rate - $16/hr

Job Details:
- Litter Removal: Collect and bag trash, debris, and recyclables along highway shoulders.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing high-visibility gear and following traffic safety guidelines.
- Work effectively with your Supervisor and fellow crew members to meet daily route goals.
- Consistent Monday through Friday schedules (typically early morning starts)
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 25lbs independently
- Reliable transportation to the dispatch site.
- Walk several miles at a time and be on their feet for the majority of their shift
- Be comfortable working outdoors up to 90% of the shift with exposure to varying temperatures and weather patterns **We do not work in extreme weather conditions**
- Be comfortable working alongside the shoulder of the highway
