Plumbing Laborer Technician Night Shift at Wind River Environmental LLC – Holbrook, Massachusetts

Position Summary

Working as a part of a 3–4-man team at night and at the direction of the plumbing manager. We are seeking a hardworking and reliable construction laborer to assist with plumbing installation and excavation tasks on various job sites. The ideal candidate must be able to work at night, five nights a week and will have experience operating heavy-duty tools such as jackhammers, demo saws and other hand and power tools, as well as performing manual digging and site preparation work.

Key Responsibilities.

• Site preparation. Vast majority of work is performed inside businesses, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.. Must be able to keep site neat and orderly

• Operate jackhammers and demolition saws to break up concrete, asphalt, and other materials

• Dig holes + trenches manually with hand tools

• Clear sites of debris and other materials

• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment

• Assist skilled tradespeople as directed

• Follow all safety policies and best practices while wearing the proper personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working conditions

• Perform other general labor task as assigned by the plumbing manager.

Qualification.

• Prior experience in construction, demolition, or a similar labor-intensive role

• Familiarity with jackhammers, demo saws, hand tools, mixing concrete. Tile work experience a plus.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

• Strong attention to safety and detail

• The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $27.00 - $33.00 hourly at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
