Hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Job Summary
The Repair Tech is responsible for the repair of post frame buildings according to project plans and specifications. Due to the day-to-day contact with customers and co-workers this position is required to work in person on-site.

Duties and Responsibilities
· Regular and predictable attendance; report to work on-time
· Provide excellent customer service and reflect our company’s core values at all times
· Gather materials for proper installing of materials at site for repairs.
· Use miscellaneous power tools
· Assemble materials per plans & specifications
· Repair current building issues, work on warranty repairs and billable repairs, document all repairs through Company Cam, taking before and after photos.
· Install roofing, siding & trim as required
· Operate construction equipment as required i.e.: skid steer, scissor lift, etc.
· Perform other duties as assigned
· Complies with QSI policies and procedures

Requirements:Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Any combination of job-related experience and/or training which would produce the required knowledge, skills and abilities
QSI provides on-the-job training
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills
Ability to perform tasks accurately, effectively and in a timely manner
Must be able to multitask, possess good communications skills
Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to work under time constraints
Ability to interface with customers, sub-contract crews and company personnel
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions accurately
Ability to safely perform major job responsibilities with reasonable accommodations
Weight & Lift Requirements
Must be able to lift and carry light equipment and building materials repeatedly.
Lifting anything >80lbs requires additional personnel and utilizing a dolly or forklift if possible.
