Integrations System Analyst

In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and ongoing support of critical healthcare integration systems that enable seamless data exchange across clinical and operational platforms. You will work within a highly collaborative IT environment, supporting interface engine solutions that ensure reliable connectivity between applications and systems that directly impact patient care and operational efficiency. This position combines analytical problem-solving with hands-on technical work, including interface configuration, modification, and troubleshooting. You will participate in the full systems lifecycle, from feasibility analysis and design through implementation and quality assurance. Operating in a mission-driven healthcare setting, your work will support system stability, data integrity, and continuous improvement. The environment is structured yet dynamic, requiring strong coordination skills and attention to detail.

Accountabilities
  • Participate in the full systems development lifecycle, including feasibility analysis, design, development, prototyping, testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancements of integration solutions.
  • Develop, maintain, and support interface engine solutions, including creating, modifying, and troubleshooting system interfaces within healthcare integration platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, assess feasibility, and recommend solutions that enhance system performance and functionality.
  • Support planning and execution of integration projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and documentation standards are consistently met.
  • Provide input into system design decisions and assist in implementing small-scale system enhancements and departmental initiatives.
  • Maintain project documentation, task tracking, resource planning, and communication updates for assigned integration initiatives.
  • Contribute to system training efforts and assist in defining training requirements for end users and technical teams.
Requirements

This role requires strong experience in systems integration, interface development, or application support within complex technical environments, ideally in healthcare. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with hands-on technical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, regulated setting. Strong communication and coordination abilities are essential to collaborate across technical and operational teams. Experience working with interface engines and healthcare data systems is highly valued, along with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or Associate’s degree with 5+ years, or High School diploma with 7+ years in IT or related systems experience
  • Experience in application development, systems integration, or IT support roles
  • Hands-on experience with interface engines and integration platforms (e.g., Health Connect or similar)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and technical priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems, data flows, or clinical/operational applications preferred
  • ITIL Foundations certification required within 6 months of start date (for IT roles)
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, or equivalent
