Full-Time | Nashua, NH

Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a full-time Client Access Coordinator to lead and support front-end access operations. This role supervises Client Access Associates, ensures smooth client flow across locations, and supports scheduling, coverage, and customer service functions. The coordinator also provides direct coverage in the Access role as needed and works closely with leadership to ensure a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support Client Access Associates, including setting performance expectations and providing ongoing feedback.

• Manage staffing schedules and ensure adequate front desk coverage across all locations.

• Monitor and optimize client flow, scheduling, and front-end workflows to improve efficiency and service quality.

• Provide guidance on Access policies and procedures and assist with training.

• Greet and check in clients, verify demographic and insurance information, and collect copayments and balances as needed.

• Collaborate with program, administrative, and finance teams to support scheduling, collections, and operational needs.

• Assist with office supply coordination in partnership with Facilities and Finance.

• Support the testing and functioning of the agency’s Rapid Response/Emergency Alert system.

• Work closely with the Director of Client Access and collaborate with the Client Benefits Coordinator as needed.

• Perform additional Access-related duties or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• 3–5 years of experience in client access, front desk operations, or related administrative roles.

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and electronic systems.

• Ability to lead staff with professionalism, flexibility, and sound judgment.

Salary Description: $49,587 - $65,561
