Job Summary
The Business Development Coordinator helps to develop a strong pipeline of new and existing customers through customer contact and prospecting. This position is responsible for acquiring new, qualified leads through various methods of outreach including telephone calls, email campaigns and other strategic marketing efforts.
Essential Job Functions/Primary Responsibilities
• Develop a thorough understanding of D. C. Taylor Co. services and effectively communicate to new and existing customers through warm and cold outbound phone calls.
• Communicate with facility site contacts by phone and email to secure an appointment time for a project representative or other team member.
• Use company CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media/Networking sites and Google Earth on a daily basis.
• Follow up with current customers who have not been contacted within the past year and make an offer of appointment or service.
• Create and maintain marketing campaigns in CRM.
• Conduct research related to our ideal customer profile.
• Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and other platforms.
