This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Product Enablement in United States.

This role leads the strategy and execution of sales product enablement across a large, cross-functional go-to-market organization, ensuring sales teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and programs needed to perform at a high level. You will manage a team responsible for building scalable enablement solutions, including training programs, playbooks, certification paths, and launch communications that directly impact sales effectiveness. The position requires close partnership with product, marketing, and sales leadership to translate complex product and operational changes into clear, actionable learning experiences. You will play a critical role in driving adoption of new tools and processes while improving consistency, ramp time, and overall sales productivity. This is a highly strategic and execution-focused leadership role that blends program management, content design, and performance measurement. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and highly collaborative, with strong visibility across senior stakeholders.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and define the strategy, priorities, and execution standards for all sales product enablement programs across the go-to-market organization
  • Manage a team of enablement program managers responsible for designing, delivering, and iterating training, certifications, and adoption programs
  • Translate product updates and operational changes into scalable enablement content, including playbooks, guides, workshops, and onboarding materials
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Business Operations to align enablement initiatives with launch timelines and business priorities
  • Establish and maintain governance for enablement content, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and consistent updates across materials
  • Design and deliver live and virtual training sessions to drive adoption of tools, processes, and sales methodologies
  • Define success metrics for enablement programs and use data insights to optimize adoption, performance, and behavioral outcomes
  • Continuously test, refine, and scale enablement approaches based on feedback, performance data, and business impact

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, sales operations, or related go-to-market roles
  • Proven experience designing and delivering enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in sales performance
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, go-to-market strategy, and performance drivers
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
  • Excellent program management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring program effectiveness and iterating based on results
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
  • Executive presence with a strong bias for action and ownership

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary range from $137,500 to $231,200 depending on location and experience
  • Eligibility for equity awards based on performance and role level
  • Fully remote work flexibility across the United States
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Paid time off and flexible work arrangements
  • Retirement savings plans and financial wellness programs
  • Opportunities for leadership growth and career development
  • Inclusive and collaborative culture focused on innovation and impact
  • Exposure to high-impact, enterprise-wide go-to-market transformation initiatives.
