This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of HR services through efficient systems, accurate processes, and a strong focus on employee support. You will contribute to building and maintaining the operational backbone of HR shared services, helping ensure consistency, responsiveness, and quality across all HR transactions. Working closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and HR technology partners, you will support the design and optimization of HR systems and workflows. The position requires a detail-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will also contribute to data accuracy, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance HR service delivery. - Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR shared services processes and systems
- Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely execution of HR transactions and employee lifecycle activities
- Collaborate with vendors and HR technology teams to maintain and optimize HRIS platforms and related tools
- Assist in managing HR programs such as leave and absence management or workforce data tracking and reporting
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all HR operations
- Contribute to process documentation, workflow improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Provide responsive support to employees and internal stakeholders regarding HR-related inquiries
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or 3+ years of relevant HR experience in lieu of degree
- At least 2 years of experience in HR support, HR operations, or shared services environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of data accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels
- Strong sense of discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in dynamic work environments

- Annual salary range: $73,400 – $89,700 depending on experience and qualifications
