Remote Director of Content Marketing

In this role, you will be an experienced leader responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive content strategy. You will drive engagement, support revenue goals, and enhance product adoption through high-quality content. This position requires a deep understanding of marketing dynamics and the innovative use of AI to transform content delivery.
Accountabilities
  • Own and evolve the global content marketing strategy to support brand awareness and customer growth.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable content plans across the entire buyer and customer lifecycle.
  • Lead content planning and prioritization across various channels and demographics.
  • Ensure all content aligns perfectly with brand messaging and strategic product narratives.
  • Drive AI integration into content workflows to enhance productivity and outcome.
  • Mentor and develop a geographically dispersed team of content creators.
  • Establish clear roles and metrics for operational excellence.
  • Oversee the creation of high-impact content including whitepapers, case studies, and digital media.
  • Partner with Brand/Creative Services to deliver compelling multimedia content.
  • Define content KPIs to track performance against business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to connect content strategy to commercial outcomes.
  • Experience with cybersecurity solutions and awareness of security services.
  • Strong editorial judgement with exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Deep understanding of SEO and multi-channel distribution strategies.
  • Experience in leveraging AI for content enhancement.
  • Ability to manage and cultivate a high-performing content team.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in remote teamwork.
