This role sits at the intersection of clinical expertise, product strategy, and software development within a mission-driven environment focused on improving cancer care delivery. You will be responsible for shaping and evolving a specialized clinical software product used in radiation oncology workflows, ensuring it meets the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and usability. Working closely with engineering, support, and leadership teams, you will translate complex clinical needs into actionable product requirements and release plans. The position requires strong collaboration across technical and clinical stakeholders, with a direct impact on product quality and patient care outcomes. You will also play a key role in validating product functionality, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless deployments across clinical environments. This is a highly impactful role where product decisions directly influence treatment efficiency and consistency for patients worldwide.
Own the definition, prioritization, and execution of product features for ChartCheck, ensuring alignment with clinical needs, customer feedback, and leadership direction.
• Define product specifications and prioritize features based on radiation oncology workflows and user requirements
• Manage end-to-end software release cycles, including planning, coordination, and validation activities
• Conduct version verification and regression testing to ensure product integrity and safety
• Collaborate with engineering, support, and customer success teams to troubleshoot issues and improve user experience
• Gather and synthesize feedback from clinical users and internal stakeholders to guide product improvements
• Support cross-functional communication and ensure alignment across product, engineering, and leadership teams
Strong clinical and operational expertise in radiation oncology combined with experience in product delivery, software workflows, or healthcare technology environments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a clinical physicist in radiation oncology with hands-on clinical workflow responsibilities
• Deep understanding of radiation oncology systems, including record-and-verify platforms and treatment workflows
• Experience with offline adaptive processes and on-treatment clinical oversight
• Strong project management skills with experience coordinating complex workflows across multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with software validation, verification testing, or SaMD-related environments is highly preferred
• Exposure to product management, clinical software systems, or technical collaboration with engineering teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge clinical and technical audiences
• Experience with tools such as Jira, programming (C#), or quality/regulatory systems is a plus
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Competitive base salary ranging from $180,000 to $220,000 USD depending on experience and location
