Partnerships Manager (B2B)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Partnerships Manager (B2B) in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of business development, relationship management, and growth strategy within a fast-moving health and wellness environment. You will be responsible for building and scaling B2B partnerships that help expand access to clinical-grade microbiome insights and data-driven health solutions. Working closely with senior leadership, you will drive the full partnership lifecycle—from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure. You will also play a key role in shaping scalable processes, tools, and playbooks that strengthen the partnerships function as it grows. This is a high-ownership role where execution speed, structured thinking, and commercial impact are essential. The environment is startup-like, highly collaborative, and data-driven, with strong cross-functional interaction across operations, marketing, and science teams. Your work will directly contribute to accelerating adoption of personalized health solutions in the B2B ecosystem.

Accountabilities

You will own the development and execution of the B2B partnerships pipeline, ensuring consistent lead flow, strong deal progression, and structured relationship management. This includes managing both outbound and inbound opportunities while supporting the full deal lifecycle through to closure.

  • Identify, research, and build outbound prospect lists while managing inbound partnership leads
  • Drive consistent pipeline generation and ensure timely follow-up and strong lead qualification
  • Support end-to-end partnership deal cycles, including discovery, pitching, negotiation, and closing
  • Develop and deliver compelling, data-driven partnership presentations and materials
  • Maintain accurate CRM tracking, reporting, forecasting, and pipeline visibility
  • Build scalable workflows, templates, and playbooks to improve partnerships execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-partnership handoff
  • Gather partner feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of partnership strategy and processes
Requirements

This role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple partnerships in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, consulting, or growth roles
  • Proven ability to generate leads, run outbound efforts, and progress deals through complex cycles
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with external-facing partner experience
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced startup environments
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management, conversion metrics, and deal execution
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to build structure, processes, and scalable systems in evolving environments
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package (base salary and potential performance incentives)
  • Opportunity to work in a high-growth healthtech and precision wellness environment
  • Remote-friendly work structure (U.S.-based)
  • Exposure to cutting-edge microbiome science and clinical-grade health innovation
  • High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership and strategic decision-making
  • Collaborative, mission-driven team culture
  • Opportunities to build and scale a core revenue function from an early stage
