Job Description

Maintenance Facility Technician

SCHEDULE:

The following days & times are required for this position:

Wednesday-Thursday: 1:45pm-10:00pm

Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm

Saturday-Sunday: 7:00am-3:30p

LANGERS MAINTENANCE FACILTY TECHNICIAN

This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming family entertainment center. Candidates must have prior experience in general building maintenance and machine repair. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, facility and equipment repairs, and building improvement projects to ensure safe and reliable operations.

PAY AND BENEFITS:

  • Pay is20.00/hour. This is not a food service position and is not eligible for tips.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be18or older.

We will provide the necessary training to make sure you have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to be successful in the job. All team members complete a variety of comprehensive training programs provided by our trainers and leadership team.

The following qualifications help ensure your success:

  • Previousexperience in a maintenance related role.
  • Aptitude for basic plumbing, electrical, and machine systems.
  • Must be able to lift up to50 lbs.
  • Must be able stand, climb, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
  • Proficient with hand and power tools.
  • Intermediatecomputer hardware knowledge.
  • Excellent logic andproblem solving skills.


ABOUT THE JOB:

  • Plan and execute assigned facility, equipment, and building improvement projects.
  • Source materials and submit cost estimates for maintenance and repair projects.
  • Prioritize assigned tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of facility equipment.
  • Develop and implement long-term solutions to address recurring maintenance and equipment issues.
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to maintenance calls oremergencies.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards throughout the facility.
  • Monitor and utilize maintenance communication tools to track projects and repairs.
  • Safely and effectively use hand and power tools to complete maintenance tasks.
  • Interact with guests professionally and courteously while addressing maintenance-related concerns.
  • Identify and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and supply needs to management.
  • Follow all safety guidelines, OSHA regulations, and company training standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support facility operations.
