AC Window Unit Installer Job Position

We are seeking skilled and reliable AC Window Unit Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting window air conditioning units while ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Install window air conditioning units in residential and commercial settings
- Inspect installation areas and ensure proper fit and secure mounting
- Perform basic electrical connections and ensure safe operation of units
- Test installed units to confirm proper cooling and functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation or performance issues
- Provide basic maintenance and cleaning of AC units when required
- Educate customers on proper usage and care of their air conditioning units
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures during installation
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Qualifications

- Prior experience installing window AC units or similar HVAC work preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and safety practices
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (50 lbs or more)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
