Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements
• Diagnose and troubleshoot minor mechanical and electrical issues
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle problems accurately
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding service needs and recommendations
• Document all work performed accurately in the service management system

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in automotive repair or maintenance preferred
• Inspection/emissions license preferred
• Knowledge of automotive systems and components
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and basic hand tools effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
