Rudinos Heritage is looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Worker to join our team. As a Kitchen Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen staff and ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. **Responsibilities:**

- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and assembling dishes

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash

- Ensure proper storage of food items and supplies

- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed

- Follow all health and safety regulations and food handling procedures

- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

- Adhere to restaurant policies and procedures

**Qualifications:**

- Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization

- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety practices

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
