Labor and Employment Attorney at GAATCO – Los Angeles, California

About the Opportunity:
An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Labor and Employment Attorney to join its dynamic Labor & Employment team in Los Angeles, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney looking to take the next step in their career within a collaborative, well-resourced firm that also practices in securities litigation, private equity, mergers & acquisitions, insurance, finance, and labor & employment law.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employer-side labor and employment litigation, including class and representative actions. The role also includes advising clients on employment law matters and conducting internal investigations. You’ll work alongside a team of skilled attorneys handling complex, high-stakes cases while maintaining a supportive and collegial work environment.

• J.D. degree and admission to the California Bar (active and in good standing).

• Law school class years 2017–2021 preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a peer law firm focused on labor and employment law.

• Experience in class and representative actions (wage & hour and discrimination matters) highly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to manage cases, prioritize multiple deadlines, and work effectively within a team.

• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.

• A proactive, self-motivated attitude and strong work ethic.

• Competitive salary: $310,000 – $435,000 (commensurate with experience)
