About the Role Were looking for an experienced Field Merchandising Lead to oversee large-scale retail resets, remodels, and merchandising projects across the country. This hands-on leadership role involves coordinating teams, installing fixtures, implementing planograms, and ensuring every project meets our high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Lead and participate in retail resets, remodels, and fixture installations Implement customer-approved schematics and Plan-O-Grams Set up and relocate shelving, fixtures, and displays according to plan Collaborate with clients, project managers, and store leadership Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Travel nationwide with overnight stays as needed Report progress and maintain effective communication with management
What Were Looking For 12 years of retail merchandising or store remodel experience (leadership preferred) Proficiency with planograms and basic hand tools (18v impact driver, etc.) Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to lift 50 lbs., push 75 lbs., and stand for full shifts Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and willingness to travel Self-motivated and detail-oriented; able to lead by example Must pass a background check and drug screening
