Excavation Laborer at Metro Engineering Solutions LLC – Northville, Michigan

Metro Engineering Solutions is looking for a seasonal Excavation Laborer to join our team! This role will support a variety of project and the responsibilities with include:

• Operate safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and using all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  
• Perform manual excavation by hand-digging holes completely around utility poles.
  
• Assist the crew Foreman with additional tasks as assigned.
  
• Transport equipment and materials to and from utility pole locations.
  
• Lift and carry up to 30 lbs over distances of up to 150 feet.
  
• Engage in intensive manual labor in varying weather conditions and terrain.
  

• Must be willing to travel to various job sites as required.
  
• Must have reliable transportation to and from job locations.
  
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
  
• Must be able to work in varying outdoor conditions, including rugged terrain and diverse weather environments.
