Position Description:

What Youll Do

As a Charge Nurse (RN), you will:

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and implement individualized care plans. Provide direct nursing care to assigned individuals served, monitoring their condition and response to interventions. Ensure accurate documentation of all care, medications, and treatments. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to provide individualized care. Organize and prioritize care tasks to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality service. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, discharge planning, and utilization review. Maintain compliance with all organizational, state, and federal regulations. What Were Looking For

Education

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (required) Bachelor of Science in Nursing -BSN (preferred) Experience

Nursing specialty certification (required) Two (2) years as an RN in long-term care, med/surg, or inpatient psychiatry (required) Two (2) years of increasingly responsible leadership experience to include charge, lead or supervisory responsibilities (preferred) Licenses & Certifications

Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice or eligible via reciprocity (required) Why Join Us?
