Job Title: Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome

- Check guests in and out of the motel

- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner

- Provide information about the motel and local area to guests

- Ensure that all rooms are clean and well-maintained

- Check out and maintain equipment such as bikes, beach towels, etc.

- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Follow all safety and security procedures

Requirements:

- Excellent customer service skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Basic computer skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
