Job Overview:
The Regional Director of Employee Well-Being is responsible for championing the RWJBH Mission, Vision, Values, Commitment, Credo and Mantra by partnering with leaders to help them develop their teams and create a thriving workplace culture where employees feel valued and supported.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in healthcare or related field required
- Masters degree preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare leadership

Essential Functions:

Oversees the management and implementation of Employee Experience,

Works collaboratively with MMC and MMCSC Management Team members on program development, analysis and improvement strategies,

Responsible to help departments develop employee engagement improvements based on surveys and reports,

Serves as resource and mentor to staff, guiding them to appropriate resources while implementing improvements,
-
Engages in a proactive, data driven actions designed to stabilize and expand the workforce,
-
Responsible for development and implementation of innovative and evidenced-based retention strategies that enable staff to begin, develop and evolve their careers,

Collaborates and works closely with Human Resources, Quality, Marketing, Risk Management, and Diversity & Inclusion,
