Electrical Dispatcher in Twinsburg, Ohio at Trades Holding Company

Trades Holding Company is looking for a highly organized and proactive Electrical Dispatcher to coordinate daily schedules for our electrical field technicians while delivering exceptional customer service. This role is critical to ensuring jobs are assigned efficiently, service disruptions are minimized, and both customers and team members remain informed throughout the day.

• Pay Range: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour

• Weekly Pay: Get paid every Monday!

• Strategic Dispatching: Assign electrical technicians to jobs based on urgency, skill set, and geographic location.

• Customer Coordination: Confirm appointments and proactively communicate technician arrival times, delays, or changes.

• Board Management: Manage the dispatch board and review service tickets for accuracy and completeness.

• Team Communication: Communicate effectively with field technicians, First Impression Representatives (FIRs), and leadership.

• Rapid Response: Reschedule services quickly when needed and prioritize customers impacted by service disruptions.

• Operational Support: Support invoicing, payment processing, and general dispatch operations.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience: Prior dispatch, scheduling, or customer service experience required.

• Industry Knowledge: Electrical knowledge or hands-on industry experience is a strong plus.

• Home Services: Experience in electrical, HVAC, or plumbing industries is preferred.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with scheduling software; ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

• Soft Skills: Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Monday – Friday

• Hours: Daily hours will vary; flexibility is required during peak demand periods.
