Working closely with project teams across Long Island, you’ll manage municipal submissions, track approvals, and build relationships with local jurisdictions and agencies. Your coordination keeps projects on schedule and helps bring land development plans to life. What You’ll Do
Pay TransparencyActual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.The base pay range for this role is $56,000 – $69,000 per year.

- Represent Bohler and clients at agency offices, building trusted relationships with decision-makers.
- Deliver and pick up time-sensitive documentation and coordinate online submissions.
- Review submission packages for accuracy and completeness.
- Support project teams with permitting requirements and documentation management.

- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience with permitting or municipal coordination.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with local planning, zoning, and building processes is a plus.
- Customer-service mindset with professionalism in both in-office and field settings.
