Your Impact in This Role

    Deliver an exceptional, compassionate experience for every client — in person, by phone, or onlineSupport clinic operations and take lead on internal projects that matterCoordinate clinician schedules and appointments with precisionManage third-party billing (ICBC, WSBC, etc.) and support A/R workflowsProcess payments and ensure smooth, accurate financial transactionsKeep the clinic organized, compliant, welcoming, and running at its bestYou will be the anchor that keeps the clinic flowing, from the small details to the big moments that matter.

What You Bring

    2+ years in healthcare, customer service, or hospitalityStrong communication and emotional intelligenceOrganized, detail-focused, and proactiveA calm, professional presence, even on busy day

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with Jane
  • Familiarity with ICBC/WSBC or neuro populations
  • Understanding of billing or accounts receivable
  • A natural drive to improve systems and elevate experiences
