Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, a technical field or equivalent experience is required (min of 4 years).

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Implementing and maintaining an Engineering Change Notice System, including product improvements, repairs, and new product development, the Advanced Configuration Management Associate will have the opportunity to help our nation’s heroes make a true impact. You’ll coordinate the interaction between engineering, manufacturing, field operations, and program management to ensure appropriate changes are documented. We’ll count on you to ensure configuration identification by reviewing design release documents for completeness and proper authorizations. You’ll work across organizations with Engineering to coordinate processes where possible. It’s a challenge that will put your talent in the spotlight.

What you bring to the table:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, a technical field or equivalent experience
  • Displays knowledge of industry practices and standards, and of Software Configuration Management builds practices
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Highly proficient with MS Office Suite applications and Product Data Management (PDM) applications

NOTE: This position is on-site, with the option to flex in the future. While on site you could work out the Canonsburg/Charleroi PA, or out of our MA facilities in either Pittsfield, Dedham, Quincy, or Taunton. 100% remote is not an option and we are not offering relocation at this time.

Combined Salary Range

USD $33.50 - USD $35.50 /Hr.
