• Understand organizational, business unit and departmental strategies and goals as well as core systems, applications, and technical platforms
• Identify opportunities for business processes improvement through technology or process changes and conduct impact analysis for proposed changes
• Translate identified business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements that guide solution design, development and implementation
• Lead requirements elicitation activities and manage requirements throughout the project’s lifecycle to ensure adherence to established scope and traceability to the business objectives
• Liaise between cross-functional teams including business teams, technical teams, and vendors to ensure accurate interpretation and execution of requirements
• Support decision making through presentation of analysis findings, and updates to leadership teams
• Apply business analysis best practices and ensure deliverables align with BA and PMO frameworks
• Collaborate on the vendor evaluation processes including RFP development and solution scoring as we;; as collaborate on solution design, implementation, test, and evaluation, to advocate for business needs, and ensure alignment of requirements and solution
• Partner with project managers to ensure successful delivery of multiple, simultaneous, complex IT initiatives
• Support and contribute to change management planning and activities
• Contribute to the continued growth of Business Analysis and project management best practices
