Compensation:$115,500 - $198,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, fostering trust and rapport.
- Conduct property showings and open houses, providing insightful information to prospective buyers.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute effective marketing strategies for property listings.
- Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients while maintaining professional integrity.
- Stay informed about local market trends and property values to offer clients accurate and up-to-date advice.
- Utilize provided leads and resources to build a robust client base and expand your network.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills and stay current with industry best practices.
- Active Real Estate License.
- Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, fostering trust and understanding.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals.
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and property values, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, balancing multiple responsibilities and client needs.
