The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting for a high-volume, growth-oriented organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to attract, assess, and hire top talent across technical, operational, and leadership functions. The Recruiter will play a critical role in supporting company growth, acquisitions, and ongoing workforce needs while reducing reliance on external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for field, technical, operational, and leadership roles

• Recruit for HVAC Technicians, Electricians, Low Voltage Controls Technicians, Project Managers, Operations Managers, and Operations Support roles

• Assist with sourcing and coordination for executive-level placements as needed

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, trade networks, and direct outreach

• Screen and interview candidates; coordinate interview schedules and hiring decisions

• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data and ensure compliance with hiring policies

• Create and post job descriptions and recruitment marketing content

• Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill skilled trade and leadership roles

• Support hiring needs related to company growth and acquisitions

• Monitor recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, agency spend reduction)

• Promote a positive candidate experience and employer brand

• Partner with HR on onboarding, workforce planning, and retention initiatives

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in internal recruiting or talent acquisition

• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, technical roles, or project-based environments preferred

• Proven ability to source hard-to-find talent (HVAC, electrical, controls, project management)

• Strong stakeholder partnership and consultative skills

• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards)

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

• Manufacturing, construction, HVAC, industrial services, or technical recruiting experience is a plus
