Ultrasound Technologist at Carolina Health Specialists – Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a qualified ULTRASOUND TECHNOLOGIST experienced in echocardiography, general ultrasound, and vascular studies to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused and committed to producing high-quality diagnostic images. Hours are Monday through Thursday 7:45am - 5:15pm and Fridays 8:00am-12:00pm. No nights or weekends! RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform echo, general and vascular ultrasound examinations
• Obtain accurate diagnostic images for physician interpretation
• Prepare and position patients; explain procedures clearly
• Use PACS and ultrasound reporting systems to document exams
• Maintain equipment and follow safety and infection control standards
• Communicate effectively with physicians and staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program
• ARDMS (RDMS/RVT/RDCS) and/or CCI (RCS) certification (or registry-eligible)
• Experience in echo, general, and vascular ultrasound
• Strong communication and organizational skills
