Nurse Practitioner for Anti Aging Med Spa at LM Manager LLC – Fort Mill, South Carolina

Aqua Vitae is an established Anti-Aging clinic that specializes in Bio Identical Hormone Replacement, Weight Loss, IV Therapy, PRP and Medical Aesthetics for men and women. We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner with endocrinology, functional medicine, Medical Aesthetics, OB/GYN and/or Hormone replacement therapy experience including treatment with hormone pellets. Knowledge of anti-aging therapy, weight loss programs, and preventative health care programs a major plus but not required. This is a boutique concierge practice that has high standards of service and care. It requires a high level of critical thinking, ability to multi-task, and sharp sense of responsiveness to patients and team members in order to keep all operations flowing. Requirements:Fully licensed in the state of SCPrevious experience in Hormones, Functional Medicine, Endocrinology, OB/GYN, Medical Spa, Dermatology, or Plastic SurgeryExamine both Male and Female patients to obtain information about their physical conditionComplete required documentation and written follow upMake diagnoses and decisions about management and treatment of patientsChart review and preparation before patient clinical visitPrescribe therapy or medicationOrder and interpret diagnostic test resultsPerform patient education and counseling when appropriateInstruct and counsel patients about prescribed therapeutic regimensProvide timely responses to patient inquiriesComplete assigned training and educationMaintain confidentiality as it complies with HIPAA and practice guidelinesAttends all company meetings and assists in events related to the clinicCommunicates effectively with physicians, co-workers, and patientsFunctions well within a team and is collaborative, positive, and flexibleApplicant must maintain a professional and well-groomed appearanceApplicant must be committed to ethical behavior, honesty, and integrity
