Relationship Manager at Strategy Financial Insurance, LLC – Phoenix, Arizona

Strategy Financial Group, an independent financial services firm in Scottsdale, is seeking a Relationship Manager to join our growing team. This is an on-site, full-time position supporting our lead Financial Advisor and high-touch client relationships.

In this role, you will:

• Prepare and assist with customized financial plans
• Support client and prospect meetings with data gathering, reports, and paperwork
• Manage life insurance and long-term care applications from start to issuance
• Maintain reports and ensure accurate client documentation
• Provide exceptional client service and proactive communication

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in relationship management, client service, or financial processing
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
